Commercial Glass Door Removal

Removed the glass doors and panels at the entrance and hardware from the walls, ceiling and floor. Removed, and replaced grout under floor and sidewall tiles then repaired tile joints.  The drywall on the ceiling and walls was then patched and re-textured so it could be painted to match.  All work was done over night so the store could be ready for business in the morning.

Screen Porch installation in Holly Springs, NC

Provided detailed architectural drawings of the screen porch and pulled all necessary permits, then located and moved irrigation lines.  Removed the steps and multiple runs of siding then attached band to house and framed deck. The posts were then set followed by the floor joists and the decking boards.  The porch ceiling and rafters were then installed and new steps built.  Paint and shingles were matched and electricity was added to the structure.
 

Bathroom Remodel

This room was originally a storage closet converted into a bathroom.  Water was piped in for the sink, toilet, and shower. The new variable shower enclosure with sliding glass door was installed in the corner and caulked in place. A new alternating marble and granite floor was added as well as paint and new molding.
 

Kitchen Renovation

Consulted our on-staff interior designer on how to properly utilize the available space and pick colors. Two LVLs were added to span the space and the ceiling and drywall were redone so recessed lighting could be added.  Knocked out the wall and door to kitchen area and constructed a kitchen bar.  Removed old water heater and installed new inline model outside and ran electricity.  The original kitchen cabinets were reused, painted and new doors and hardware were installed.  Removed all of old flooring and replaced with new hardwood floor.  Also new granite counter tops and appliances to furnish the complete kitchen .
