In the Commercial Division of 906 Improvements, our maintenance technicians have a variety of skills that can be utilized to perform turnkey, complex repairs, and renovations during the day or overnight. Our Craftsmen can perform all the trades necessary to complete multifaceted jobs accurately and efficiently. They can evaluate and order materials, repair any drywall holes or cracks, replace damaged flooring (ceramic, porcelain, natural tile, VCT tile, carpet, epoxy, etc), texture and paint drywall, remove and install new cove molding, metal doors and locks, all before the store opens in the morning. We have also installed parking bollards, repaired/installed laminate counter tops, and installed Shade Sails. Either following detailed plans or alongside our on-staff Interior Designer our maintenance techs have remodeled bathrooms, renovated work areas, redesigned and installed closest storage systems, assembled and anchored large storage shelving.
In the Residential Division of 906 we perform a wide range of repairs and remodels. From start to finish we can take care of all the steps necessary to complete your home improvement. Whether your building a new screen porch or remodeling your home, 906 will take of all required aspects of the project from pulling all city permits, providing detailed drawings, to submitting documents to the HOA, etc. Our on-staff Interior Designer can aid in the selection of colors, fabrics, finishes, furniture, flooring, and wall coverings. We are ready to help you take your house to a new level.
